Pull & Reset Toilet
A leaking toilet at the base was causing water to pool on the bathroom floor whenever it was flushed. We quickly identified the source of the leak as the homeowner stated. After securing a new wax seal, we ensured the toilet was functioning properly, providing peace of mind to the homeowner.
Angle Stops
Corrosion under the kitchen sink posed a risk to the homeowner, prompting the need for a shutoff valve replacement. We skillfully removed the damaged valve and installed a new, durable shutoff, ensuring reliable water control and restoring peace of mind for the homeowner. On a prior visit, we provided a new water main shutoff with various components.
Major Toilet Rebuild
A leaking toilet due to corrosion in the bolts required immediate action. We conducted a thorough inspection and proceeded with a complete rebuild of the toilet to ensure proper functionality and prevent future leaks. This detailed remediation effectively resolved the issue, restoring the bathroom's reliability.
Garbage Disposal Backup At The Kitchen
The outdated and rusted garbage disposal was contributing to the drainage issues in the kitchen. The kitchen sink is a 1-hole drain. We replaced the old unit with a new installation and updated the drain assembly to ensure proper functionality. Used a cable to break as much foreign material free as possible. Additionally, we provided liquid drain treatment to eliminate any residue, enhancing the overall drainage system performance.
Estimate Help
The homeowner requested assistance in swapping her laundry sink in place of her washer. After evaluating the situation, we determined that this swap wouldn't be practical, as it would make the sink, which is used daily, more challenging to operate. Instead, we provided insights for optimizing the existing setup to ensure efficient use of her laundry area. She will keep the sink in the middle as it is.
Water Supply Line
A malfunction in the existing plumbing system led to the need for new supply lines. We installed the customer-supplied supply lines, ensuring they fit seamlessly into the existing infrastructure. This repair restored water flow and improved overall efficiency, addressing the plumbing issues effectively for the home.

Great job- fixed kitchen sink which needed to be upgraded per underwriting for insurance. They flexed the calendar for me and had it fixed in very short order. Super easy to work with- professional and take obvious pride in their work. They will be my go to plumbing crew for all future jobs.
John was excellent. He replaced our washer inlet valves. Very detail oriented, conscientious, kind and did a great job. Would gladly have him again. Don’t appreciate your automatic “sign-up” for text messages !! !
Well done repair. Plumber cleaned up work area. Plumber was courteous. We will call them again when needed
We called late afternoon, thinking they would come the next morning. However, they came at the very very end of the day to work on my clogged disposal. They were here at least two hours or more. They actually had the disposal on the truck that I needed. That saved us time having to look for one. Their rate was very reasonable. They were very pleasant and knowledgeable of our issue. They were also neat and tidy. They are now my go to plumbers.
