I had a toilet replaced by Ben Hooks. I had ordered the toilet online from Home Depot and hadTarpon Plumbing install. Ben had so much patience after the third call back to troubleshoot why the toilet was leaking. He finally found out the problem and fixed it right away. It had something to do with lack of quality control at Kohler. I’m not sure I’d buy another Kohler but I’m sure I’d hire this company again. Great customer service.
