The water was shut off at the new backflow we replaced at a different time. This after-hours service ensured the residents were back in comfort as quickly as possible.

I was very impressed with Ben's responsiveness, punctuality, and knowledge. I had a (self-inflicted) emergency with a broken pipe behind a wall. Ben explained in detail what happened and how he was going to fix the issue. I was also positively surprised by what i was charged. This was a situation where someone could have easily taken advantage of the customer.
